Gender at Academy: Sample of Ankara University

Abstract
In this study, through the case of Ankara University, an attempt will be made to bring visibility to gender discrimination in Turkey. With this aim, quantitative and qualitative data will be collected. Basically, I will try to collect data on gender structure such as career development, profession situation, institutional resources, publications, home and work balance and criteria for excellent. Thus, I will try to establish a basis to improve proper policy and practices to change the conditions of women academicians.
