GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF EDUCATIONAL LEGISLATION ON THE CONTINUITY OF THE TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The general characteristic of the educational legislation concerning the continuity of the teacher’s professional development is revealed. The essence of the concept of “continuity of a teacher’s professional development” is determined. It is emphasized that the system generating factor of continuous education is the social need for constant development of the personality of every person.
