PROJECT ACTIVITY AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE FACTORS IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The theoretical bases of the project activity of future specialists in the field of information technologies are considered. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of formation of professional self-development of future specialists in the field of information technologies through the project activity is carried out. The main aspects of the project activity of future specialists are considered, namely, the professional self-development of future specialists in the field of information in accordance with the current needs of society. The important factors of formation of professional self-development of future specialists in the process of project activity, development of creative abilities and skills of independent scientific knowledge, self-education and self-realization of personality are found out. The aspects of engagement of the project activity on the process of formation of professional selfdevelopment of future specialists in the field of information technologies are determined.
