GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SUB-LEGAL NORMATIVE LEGAL ACTS, WHICH RESOLVED SEPARATE ISSUES OF MOBILIZATION

Abstract
The power of Ukraine, as a sovereign, independent, democratic, social, rule of law, requires the formation and presence of a strong army that will provide a reliable defense capability of the state. To accomplish this task the state conducts a whole system of political, economic, social, military, scientific, scientific, technical, informational, legal, organizational, other measures to ensure the territorial integrity of the state in preparation for its protection in the event of armed aggression or armed conflict. Mobilization is one of the most important components of a set of measures that are used to ensure the defense of the state. In this scientific article, the author carried out a general description of subordinate legal acts, which regulated separate issues of mobilization in Ukraine. The attention is paid to the shortcomings and author's short stories are proposed to make changes to some of them.
