INFORMATION LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF KEY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES OF THE PRESENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of information legal relations in the context of key information technologies of the present, using the example of such technologies as «Big Data», «Internet of Things», «Machine Learning», «Virtual and Augmented Reality» and «Cloud Services». The essence and peculiarities of such legal relationships are revealed, as well as the patterns of the influence of the development of information technologies on the regulation of information legal relations in general.
