GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF GUILTY PLEA IN ISRAELI CRIMINAL PROCESS: LEGAL NATURE AND PROCEDURE OF CONCLUSION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of issues of legal regulation and specifics of the conclusion of the transaction of the accused with the accusation of guilt in the criminal procedural law of Israel. It is emphasized that in the science of the criminal process, there are practically no deep complex studies of the institute of plea bargaining. The author examines the procedure for concluding transactions, reveals the problems of law enforcement, indicates the positive and negative from the point of view of protecting human rights features of the transaction. The procedure for concluding transactions is disclosed through the prism of judicial practice
