GENERALIZED ASSESSMENT ON NON-MOTOR SYMPTOMS AND LEVEL OF DAILY ACTIVITY IN PATIENTS WITH PARKINSON’S DISEASE

Abstract

This research was about the most common non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, features of depression, as one of the leading non-motor symptoms, and the impact of disease on quality of life. We’ve got such results, that among the non-motor symptoms are the most common cognitive and psychiatric disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, sleep disorders, urinary dysfunction, autonomic and sensory impairment. The majority of respondents found the symptoms of depression (55% – light depressive disorders, 27% – moderate depressive disorders). The mental and physical health component, comparing to the results of the control group was reduced, according to the analysis of the quality of life in patients with Parkinson’s disease.
