Gnosiological aspects of nationalization in the system of acquisition of public property rights.

Abstract
The article is devoted to nationalization as one of the ways to acquire state property rights. The author analyzes the national legal and regulatory framework of the nationalization mechanism in the historical retrospective and in comparison with international normative legal regulation. Special attention is paid to the distinction between the concepts of “nationalization”, “requisition” and “re-privatization”. The author has carried out a detailed analysis of the mechanism of nationalization, which is determined by the norms of the current legislation, from the standpoint of compliance with its norms of international normative legal acts and foreign practice.
