GR OUNDS FOR APPLICATION OF CRIMINAL MEASUR ES AGA INST LEGA L ENTITIES: SOME PROBLEMATIC ISSUES

Abstract
The article examines the grounds for the application of criminal measures against legal entities determined in Article 96-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Author analyzes the international treaties of Ukraine, which set out the grounds for liability of legal entities for certain criminal offenses. A number of problematic issues are associated with the inaccuracy and incompleteness of legislative regulation in this area.
