Abstract
The article deals with the main theoretical and practical aspects of financing higher education; characterized the state of financing of higher education in Ukraine; the financial support of higher educational institutions in Ukraine is investigated; sources of financing for higher education are analyzed; the priority directions of improvement of the system of financing of higher education are determined.
