HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN PEDAGOGICAL PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
The publication is an attempt to show the pedagogical aspects of the main objectives of human resource management theory and to analyze classical concepts of human resource management services. Therefore, the substantive structure of the development comprises of three components as follows: − pedagogical interpretation of the essence and the main objectives of the theory of human resource management; − autocratic management identified in the literature as the pedagogical arbitrary steering; − democratic management based on the principle of “mutual satisfaction”. It should be noted that the epistemological considerations are based on the fundamental indications regarding the pedagogy of work to manage human resources and at the same time referring to the idea of programs called Quality of Working Life.
