HUMANISTIC ORIENTATION OF ART IN FUTURE PROFESSIONALS’ TRAINING

Abstract

The author considers the training of future professionals from the perspective of a humanistic orientation based on which has the means of art and art in general. Particular attention is given to scientists who solve the problem of training is considered in this approach, the humanization of the educational process with the use of art as a component. Today, high-quality training of future specialists the author examines the need to establish their humanistic values, to realize the value of their professional activities in the general system of social and economic relations that its impact on other spheres of social life, as well as develop their ability personal sense of responsibility for the results of their professional activities to society, nature, culture, human, planet and taking on this responsibility. According to this, the formation of today needs stability, complementary components such as the training of humanism; ethics; morality; culture; Spirituality, which ensure the formation of human and humanist, not a human user.
