Hybrid genetic algorithms for image processing: a short review

Abstract
This paper consists of a description of hybrid genetic algorithms for image processing. It provides an overview of hybrid genetic algorithms created by combining genetic algorithm and: neural network, nearest neighbor method, particle swarm optimization, Tabu search and their application in image processing tasks.
