Hybrid Russian-Ukrainian War as a threat to European security

Abstract
The essence of the phenomenon of “hybrid warfare” is analyzed in the article. The basic components of a new type of war. The attention is focused on the complex nature of the phenomenon, its layered structure Attention is drawn to the concept of uncertainty hybrid war. Evaluated threat to European security as a result of the Russian-Ukrainian hybrid war. Identify the characteristics of hybrid warfare: the use of terrorist methods, use of information weapons, participation in confronting non-state actors disregard for ethics and military law, the use of psychological and economic pressure, propaganda and so on.
