IDENTIFICATION OF THE TRAINING LOAD LEVEL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN

Abstract
The increased education load leads to the serious violations of the daily regime: loss of daytime sleep, less time for independent play and health strengthening activities, which, in its turn, leads to the psychoemotional stress, loss of motivation to study and health problems. Inadequate training load, which is not suitable for the given age group, can lead to children’s health problems as well as developmental problems in general.
