Implementation of legal regulation of mediation in resolving civil legal disputes

Abstract
In connection with the implementation of integration into the EU and the development of market relations in Ukraine, the question arises of introducing alternative approaches to conflict resolution. The annual number of appeals to the court increases from year to year, and this leads to overloading of courts, as a result, there is a need to create alternative forms of conflict resolution and disputes. The article considers the introduction of a new form of protection of violated rights, such as mediation. The draft law on the introduction of mediation, the pos- itive aspects of the introduction of a new institution for solving some private legal disputes has been analyzed, as in the course of mediation all decisions are made only by mutual agreement of the parties, and both parties volun- tarily undertake to fulfill their decisions. The most effec- tive mediation in solving the problems associated with the division of property, the resolution of disputes between spouses, parents and children, in labor disputes. The rel- evant conclusions and suggestions are made in order to improve this legal institution.
