IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN CRIMINAL PRODUCTION

Abstract
The issue of the implementation of the rule of law in criminal proceedings has been investigated, a number of novelties of the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine concerning the protection of the rights of participants in criminal proceedings have been analyzed, gaps in the current legislation have been revealed, leading to violations of constitutional rights and freedoms during pre-trial investigation.
