Abstract
The scientific article analyzes the feature of law from the point of view of a particularly modern understanding of law, ways of legal integration, factors of the development of law in a globalized world. The essential characteristics of globalization, as the determining phenomenon of modernity, its manifestation in the main spheres of the life activity of society are studied. The main tendencies of the development of law, which are determined by globalization processes, are determined. Legal integration as an association of national legal systems has been studied, by bringing their basic elements into conformity with certain legal standards.
