MODERN VIEW OF CLASSIFICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW FUNCTIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes different classifications of the functions of administrative law and justifies proposals for solving existing problems in this sphere at the theoretical and practical levels. The content of the regulatory, protective and defensive functions of administrative law is disclosed.
