THE LEGAL CONCEPT OF THE TRANSFERABLE SYMBOLS OF RIGHTS

Abstract
The article examines issues of the doctrine understanding the of legal nature of such objects of rights as a share at the authorized capital, a stock, a security. The idea that aforementioned matters may be regarded as a valuable right or an aggregate of valuable rights is criticized inthe article. The author proposes the semiotics-based approach to understand aforementioned matters as transferable symbols of rights certifying a number of valuable rights and subjected to proprietary rights in turn.
