Abstract

Personnel management has a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire organization. Its special function is the evaluation of personnel, which defines the main business and personal characteristics, the level of professionalism of employees, which directly affect the efficiency of the performance of official duties and directions of development of their personal competences. Therefore, it is relevant to study the possibility of improving the procedure for assessing the company's personnel based on modern methods and tools that are used to assess the professional development of employees of the organization.
