IMPROVING FINANCIAL INCENTIVES OF PERSONNEL IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract
Effectiveness of management and achievement of the general objectives of the enterprise requires the use of effective mechanisms for the enhancement of employee labor behavior, which would ensure the coordination of their activities and encourage the effective performance of the established functions in accordance with the stated goals and objectives. One such mechanism is a well-grounded system of motivation, which makes it possible to purposefully influence the behavior of employees in accordance with the needs of the organization.
