Locomotion deficiency is now the main reason of increasing overweight and obesity prevalence. Thus physical activity rising should be the integral part of any program on obesity prevention and overweight reduction. Body mass normalization has favorable effect on the risk-factor profile of cardiovascular diseases and long-term positive effect. It’s obvious that physical activity rising in everyday life is as effective as different structural sport programs and arrangements on the increase of physical activity.
