INDUCING FACTORS OF THE CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF POLLUTION OF THE WATER

Abstract
In this article are inducing factors and analysed highlight of the criminal offence of pollution of the water in the Republic of Moldova, at the same time being reflected trends and real danger posed the problem investigated for society as a whole and for the every citizen in part. The development of society, economic trends in the 20th century has brought, besides the positive consequences and negative consequences. Environmental problems resulting from economic activities are based on pollution. Thus, the negative changes that occurred as a result of the development of economic activities have boosted the influence of the factors inducing, and bring about, at the same time, the intensification of the phenomenon of water pollution.
