INFLUENCE OF PROCESSES WITHIN THE EU ON THE POSSIBILITY OF UKRAINE'S INTEGRATION INTO THE EUROPEAN STRUCTURES

Abstract
The processes taking place within the European Union, to a large extent determine its capabilities and format of cooperation with the third countries, including those that pose integration into EU structures as their strategic goal. In 2014, Ukraine signed an association agreement with the EU, but until this time the association agreement is not ratified. Ukraine is not fulfilling its obligations: corruption is triumphing at the highest governmental level; structural reforms are proclaimed, but not implemented; Ukraine's population is significantly differentiated. On this basis, it is important to assess the prospects of Ukraine's European integration in the context of its potential and national development trends.
