INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL VALUES AND SPIRITUAL AND MORAL QUALITIES OF A SOCIAL WORKER ON THE PERSONALITY OF THE CLIENT (information and energy approach).

Abstract

The article, in the light of the concept of the biosphere and noosphere of V. Vernadsky and the modern information-energy paradigm, considers a person as a super-complicated information-energy system, who through his biofield is in constant interconnections and interaction with the surrounding environment, exercising the corresponding influence on the surrounding world. It is determined that success of a social worker’s professional activity depends not only on the professional knowledge, skills and abilities, but primarily on the system of his value orientations, spiritual and moral qualities, as these very factors determine the character and quality of the informational and energetic influence of the specialist’s personality on the identity of the client, establishment of a synergistic interaction with him. A person is considered from the point of view of synergetics as a super-complicated open self-organizing system, for which the ability to evolve and self-improve is characteristic. As a multi-level bioinformatic-energetic self-organizing system, a person obeys certain evolutionary laws, knowing which one can consciously take part in both self-development and "forecasting" direction of development of another person, for example, the client, spiritual and moral changes of his personality, and to contribute, to a certain extent, to this process. Ukrainian educator’s I. Podlasyj concept of the value orientations development is described, which is based on the characterization of the stages of evolution of a person’s consciousness depending on the individual system of his values, and which constantly changes correspondingly to the spiritual growth of the individual. It is proved that it is precisely human and spiritual values of a social worker that must become the base, the basis on which his professionalism is based. The main spiritual and professional values of a social worker, which the specialist should adhere to in his professional activity, are described. The most important spiritual and moral characteristics of a social worker are analyzed, that positively (at the information-energy level) influence the personality of the client, contributing to his spiritual growth, harmonization of his relations with himself and the world.
