Abstract
The article deals with examining the role of information and communication technologies in accelerating the investment activity of agricultural enterprises. It was evaluated the effect of information and communication technologies on enterprises’ investment activity. It was also disclosed information and communication components of investment activity of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. It was offered the idea to create information and consultation agency, which will contribute to the implementation of investment projects at agricultural enterprises. The author presented the set goals of information and advisory agency. In the article was made the analysis of theoretical approaches to the definition of investment activity and offered author’s own definition of the term, from the position of information and communication security influence
