Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono sposób transformacji obszaru obsługi informatycznej Azotów Tarnów, który stał się podstawą wielopoziomowej integracji rozwijającej się Grupy Kapitałowej. Wypracowany model zarządzania obszarem, oparty na światowych wzorcach, pozwala efektywnie wspierać budowanie wartości firmy o coraz bardziej rozproszonej lokalizacji.
