Inheritance intellectual property rights in the sphere of health care

Abstract
The article analyzes legislation that regulates legal relations arising from the inheritance of intellectual property rights іn the sphere of Health Care. The intellectual property rights that pass to a lawful heir were examined. If the testator has registered an intellectual property object, the notary officer sends a request to the register and, on the basis of the information received, issues a certificate of inheritance. Thus, the realization of the ownership right of the intellectual property objects depends on the registration of such a right by the testator and the receipt of a copyright protection during the lifetime. In case of absence of a registered right, the registration of inheritance rights in uncontested proceeding is possible in the event of appropriate changes to the legislation.
