INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT OF UKRAINIAN RURAL TERRITORIES: PROBLEMS, COMPONENTS CHARACTERISTICS, AND COMPARATIVE ESTIMATION

Abstract
The article emphasizes on the importance of innovation management within the development of rural territories of the country. Based on the scientific developments of the foreign and local researchers, the author has provided the definition of such terms as “innovation development of rural territories” and “innovation development management of rural territories”. Separately, the research has identified components of innovation development management of the national rural area. Their characteristics have been also provided. Besides, based on the comparative estimation of innovation development management of rural territories in the world and in Ukraine, problems connected with such management in the country have been described. In addition, the research has identified influence components on innovation development management of Ukrainian rural territories. Based on the estimation of these components impact, the article has focused on the importance of emphasizing optimization of competitive area’s influence on such a management type in Ukraine.
