INNOVATION IN THE ORGANIZATION OF WORKING TO HOTEL BY TYPE «FLOTEL»

Abstract
In the article the questions of implementation of innovations for the efficiency of the hotel’s operation in the «flotel» type are considered. The following ways of increasing the number of hotels of the hotel type «flotel» are given due to the use of high-quality dry food mixes and semi-finished products with the aim of reducing the number of production equipment and, in the end, the area of industrial premises.
