INNOVATIONS IN JUDICIAL REFORM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article provides a legal analysis of judicial reform in Ukraine regarding changes to the existing civil procedural legislation and of justice as a whole. The effectiveness of judicial protection during judicial reform is investigated. Its advantages and problems are determined, suggestions are made about its enhancement.
