INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES SUBJECTS IN MODERN MARKET COMPETITIVE CONDITIONS

Abstract

In the article the innovation enterprise in modern conditions. The main types of innovation in the enterprise include product innovations; processes; staff; administrative activity. The basis of innovation policy in industrial sectors are different is product innovation. Modernization of any economy at the expense of development, as a special marketing-innovative form of organization of the national economy, in which the marketing-innovative forces become dominant, can only be achieved by reaching a certain level of development of the national economic system as a whole. Innovation processes are closely linked to the development of mankind, for development is a movement forward, the emergence of new ideas, plans, new forms, the disappearance of the traditional, established. The current flow of information requires a new way of thinking and acting, requiring “to keep pace with time”, which contributes to the emergence of a new, innovative. Constant changes in economic, political and social life cause penetration of the concept of “innovation” into all new spheres of human activity. Innovation is a process of obtaining novelty, and then realizing it in the real world, accompanied by ideas, stages of development and the corresponding relations of people. Summarizing the above, let’s note, innovations, or ideas of new products, can come from two fundamentally different sources: from the market or from the firm. Accordingly, within the framework of strategic marketing, there are two approaches: marketing feedback, which tends to modify generations more, and marketing proposals, the result of which more often become genuine innovations.
