Abstract
A skilful company innovative activity management increases its market position and gives competitive advantage. Nowadays companies’ innovativeness constitutes one of the basic determiners of their development as well as of the development of a particular region or economies on the national level. Thus a significant meaning attributed to enterprises’ innovative activity manifested in undertaking various innovations and shaping innovative climate in a company. There are a lot of factors determining company innovative activity. As numerous are obstacles hindering or disabling companies to engage in innovative activities. Familiarizing with them allows companies to choose the appropriate strategy enabling them to achieve competitive advantage.
