INNOVATIVE-TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES IN FUNDAMENTALIZATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract

The article describe the problem of introducing of innovative technologies into the educational process of higher education in order to find out the most optimal means of influence on the future specialist, which involves optimization of the student’s professional self-development in the educational audience. The innovative-technological process is determined as a pedagogical process of gradual replacement of the traditional fulfilling of educational disciplines with the substantive inclusion of the fundamentalization of professional education in the study and the purposeful, parity practical-oriented activities of the teacher and students. The main directions of knowledge acquisition by future social workers during introduction of innovative technologies in the process of fundamentalization of professional training are found out. The use of standardized criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented innovation is described. It has been established that the innovative- technological process in high school is always oriented towards perspective and is integral, realistic, integrative and manageable.
