INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF LAND MANAGEMENT IN AGRARIAN SPHERE

Abstract
Solving the problems associated with the development of land management in Ukraine, as well as the implementation of land management works are important in implementing the agrarian policy in the field of reforming land relations. However, the problem of the effective functioning of the land-use machinery, which allows to ensure the ordering and organization of land in the agro-sphere, is not resolved to an appropriate degree. The research is carried out on the basis of analysis of the data of the regulatory and statistical base, as well as the study of scientific and theoretical material in the area of identifying the role of innovative technologies in modern land management and formulating proposals for innovative land management development in the agrarian sector. The role of innovative technologies in modern land management is determined. The proposals on innovation development of land management in the agrarian sector are formulated. The advantages and effects of the use of innovative land management technologies in the agrarian sector, which are grouped according to four criterion blocks: economic, ecological, financial and technological, are revealed. It has been established that due to the innovative development of the land management system, which involves the introduction and application of a number of innovative technologies (GIS technology, remote sensing, automated system of land-use planning, etc.), it is possible to ensure a significant increase in labor productivity, land management efficiency, reduction of their implementation, and quality improvement design materials. It is substantiated that in the context of these studies, the modern land monitoring system should be one of the key information sources for the relevant land services of our country. By introducing and applying innovative technologies in the land management system of the agrarian sector, it is possible to minimize the costs of information and personnel provision of this process, and to form an effective structure for the overall, timely and systematic carrying out of land management work. In this context, further development of land relations and the formation of a land management system should be planned in accordance with the strategy of innovative development of the agrarian sector of the economy.
