Integrated informational and analytical system as a prototype of construction of a unified information space

Abstract
Annotation. Purpose. The purpose of the paper is to generalize the foundations of building an integrated information and analytical system as a prototype for building a single information space. Methodjlogy of research. The solution of the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of such general scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, a dialectical approach. Findings. The project of creation of the integrated informationanalytical system as a prototype of building a single information space is presented. The task of managing information resources of the «Electronic Government» system is generalized. Practical value. The article substantiates that the implementation of the proposed measures will contribute to the improvement of the information and technological infrastructure. It is submitted that e-government should carry out in the «network mode» the corresponding functions of public administration that ensure the effective development of the system «production-population-environment».
