Interaction of the United Nations Human Rights Council with the High Commissioner and the Office of the United Nation High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Abstract
The scientific article focuses on the issues of the interaction of the UN Human Rights Council with the High Commissioner and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the relationship between their powers in the field of coordinating the activities of the UN bodies in the field of human rights. The opinion is expressed on the complex structure of the Office of the High Commissioner and the existence of two bodies in this structure: in fact, the High Commissioner for Human Rights and OHCHR. The author proposes to significantly strengthen the powers of the Commissioner, actually to oppose it to the Council.
