Interactive communication of Orange company in social media

Abstract

The main objective of the article is to present how social media are being used by companies. The analysis has been undertaken on the example of Orange company who is a model example in terms of presence on social media. The authors strongly highlight that such presence has to thoroughly thought over and what is more important a team of dedicated, trained personnel should be involved in such activities.
