Internal control of employee benefits in the enterprise's management system

Abstract
The peculiarities of conducting of internal control of calculations of employee benefits were investigated. The sources of information for internal control of employee benefits were defined. The tasks and process of formation of internal control system at the enterprise were considered. The modern methods and procedures of conducting control of employee benefits were systematized. Measures of improvement of internal control were proposed.
