International and foreign experience of reimbursement (compensation) of damage in criminal proceedings.

Abstract
Analyzed the international legal acts and international experience in countries such as France, Germany and the United States for damages compensation caused by the crime. The author came to the conclusion that the ear- ly adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On the reimbursement by the State of harm to individuals who have suffered from crime” will contribute to the implementation of the European standards of human rights in Ukraine.
