INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE

Abstract
The present article characterizes investments as an international trade constituent. Legal and regulatory framework has been carefully analysed related to the investment flows regulation. The article covers such issues as investment guarantees, protection of investors’ rights. The author places greater focus on the problems caused by financial operations and other situations which investors can face. Moreover, the author of the article refers to such scholars and their statements as Okhotnikova O. M. and Hafinec O. I. The article introduces the ways and methods of investment dispute resolution at international level. In conclusions, the author summarizes the conducted analysis of national and international legislation correlating it with the scholar groundworks that already conducted the similar analysis.
