INTERPRETATION OF JAZZ STANDARDS IN CONCERTMASTER ACTIVITY OF PIANIST'S

Abstract
The article outlines some recommendations for the interpretation of jazz standards in the professional activities of concertmasters in the field of pop and jazz performances. Among the skills that are needed in the process of interpretation, one can distinguish the ability to correctly reproduce the rhythmic duration, carry out phrases that will depend on the chosen style of jazz music. The form of manifestation of the creative potential of the concertmaster is the creation of improvisations, a preparatory stage for listening to the best "classical" solo samples, their analysis and the formation of their own. At the expense of a creative approach, an artistic whole will be formed that has a genetic connection with the jazz standard and, at the same time, has its own unique "face", which should be the result of the performance of the musicians.
