INTERTEXTUALITY AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF INDIVIDUAL STYLE IN POSTMODERN LITERARY DISCOURSE

Abstract
In this article intertextuality as an integral part of individual style in postmodern literary discourse which is a peculiar semantic cell of intertextual connections is viewed; various scientific approaches in studying of intertextuality in its connection with individual style of postmodern literary discourse are generalized and systematized; scientific achievements in studying of postmodernism as a modern type of artistic communication are viewed; the basic features of postmodern literary discourse, intertextuality and individual style are outlined; the thematic volume of the term «intertextuality» in connection with individual style in postmodern literary discourse is clarified. Intertextuality is studied as a text category which occupies one of central places among other categories of the text and determines works of fiction as heterogeneous structures. Literary texts of postmodernism reject the focus on originality and overtext determinants. They are marked by autonomous status (blurring the category of authorship – «death of the author»). Intertextual connections provide the unity of the literary text linguistic structure in the aspect of individual style. postmodern literary discourse which is a uniue phenomenon of national and world culture is marked by intertextuality in all its possible manifestations and in a strong connection with individual style.
