INVESTIGATION OF AUTOGENERATING INDUCTIVE NEGASENSORS
Journal Title: Сенсорна електроніка і мікросистемні технології - Year 2015, Vol 12, Issue 2
Abstract
Abstract. Investigation circuits of one-parameter and two-parameter autogenerating inductive negasensors, shown that the negative capacitance and inductance increase the sensitivity of the sensors in 3-5 times, certain coefficients of increase of absolute and relative sensitivity, research of influence of destabilizing factors on the parameters of negasensors.

QUARTZ–BASED PYROELECTRIC SENSOR
Tertiary pyroelectric effect under spatially inhomogeneous heating conditions is considered in the paper. It is proposed to create pyroelectric devices based on different crystallographic сuts of quartz for laser radiati...
SENSITIVITY CONDUCTIVITY OF THE CERAMIC ZNO WITH THE ADDITION OF SILVER TO PROPANE-BUTANE MIXTURE
The results of the study of gas-sensitive properties of zinc oxide ceramics with the addition of silver to the gaseous propane-butane mixture used as an automotive fuel. It is shown that silver does not directly play a s...
THERMOGRAPHIC STUDY TELEVISION CAMERA WITH CCD MATRIX
The article presents the results of an infrared study television camera Novus - 130 BH on the operating mode. Identified sources of thermal radiation are: CCD, microprocessors and electronic board of camera. Using coolin...
RESEARCH COMMON MODE REJECTION IN CONDUCTOMETRIC BIOSENSOR SYSTEM WITH DIFFERENTIAL SENSORS
In the article are given theoretical and experimental evaluation of errors which arise due to incomplete suppression of common-mode noise on a differential sensor. The improved scheme of the measuring channel is suggeste...
STRUCTURE AND OPTICALLY PROPERTIES OF THE ZNSO LAYERS PREPARED BY THERMAL OXIDATION OF ZNS THIN FILMS
We have grown ZnS thin films by means of the radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering technique onto c-Al2O3 and Si substrates at a temperature of 300°С. An effect of thermal annealing on air in a temperature range from...
