INVESTIGATION OF DISTRIBUTION OF THE MAGNETIC FIELD OF THE ASYNCHRONOUS MACHINE IN CONDITIONS OF EDUCATIONAL AND MANUFACTURING LABORATORIES

Abstract
Purpose. Investigation of distribution the induction magnetic field around asynchronous machines in the conditions of educational and production laboratories to determine the safe placement of workplace staffs, as well as the development of recommendations for the location of electric machines at the stage of designing, upgrading and operation of both electrical training stands and real industrial equipment. Methodology. The use of modern measuring instruments for removing the indicators of electromagnetic induction, with following approximation of the obtained curves and finding safe distances to sources of electromagnetic fields. In this work, an asynchronous machine, as the most common source of electromagnetic emission, in several operating modes and the influence of these modes on the behavior of the electromagnetic field was investigated. Result. As a result of the researches, a safe geometric arrangement of the workplace of the service personnel was defined regarding the concentrated electric equipment; It was established that the magnitude of the magnetic field of the asynchronous machine depends to a large extent influences the direction of its rotation; The regression model of the magnetic field of an asynchronous machine is obtained, which allows taking into account the distance to the machine, its geometric location, and calculates the magnitude and character of the distribution of the induction, both from the industrial power supply network and from the sources of energy conversion, in particular, frequency converters, which create additional electromagnetic contamination of the environment, thereby increasing the negative impact on health of workers. Originality. The regression model distribution of the magnetic induction of an external electromagnetic field of an asynchronous motor is developed, which allows taking into account the distance to the electric machine, its geometric location and to calculate its value and the nature of the distribution as with supply from the industrial network with frequency 50 Hz and supply from the energy conversion, in particular frequency converters that create additional electromagnetic pollution of the environment, thereby increasing the negative impact on health of workers. Practical value. The results can be used in development of the latest engineering techniques for reducing impact of electromagnetic field on human health.
