জীবনের মর্যাদা, আত্মঘাতী হামলা ও ইসলাম: একটি পর্যালোচনা |Dignity of Life, Suicide Attack and Islam: An Analysis

Abstract
Suicide attack is a globally increasing phenomenon. Though ideological and religious influences are some core factors for this, religion, especially Islam is seen to be mainly responsible, which creates misconceptions about Islam and hinders the normal life of Muslims. In order to overcome this problem, a discussion on whether Islam supports suicide attack is required. This paper in adopting an analytical method, tries to explore the position of Islam concerning suicide attack. The paper shows that Islam envisions the highest level of human dignity and legislates various rulings in this regard, and even for the sake of saving one’s life while necessary, it lightens the obligatory worships and licenses the prohibited. Islam compares killing of Muslim with the rejection of faith- kufr and considers it among the biggest sins. So what should be its stand regarding suicide attack which in most cases leads to mass killing? In addition, the paper also proves that martyrdom and suicide attack are totally different both in circumstances and principles. Suicide attack directly contradicts sharīÔah objectives as it violates the most basic human right. Finally the study suggests that the families, institutions, masjids and the government should play their role together to protect the society from suicide attack. আত্মঘাতী হামলা ক্রমবর্ধমান একটি আন্তর্জাতিক সমস্যা। এ সমস্যার আদর্শিক ও ধর্মীয় প্রভাবসহ বিভিন্ন কারণ থাকলেও ধর্মকে বিশেষত ইসলামকেই বেশি দায়ী করা হচ্ছে। ফলে ইসলাম সম্পর্কে বিভ্রান্তির সৃষ্টি হচ্ছে এবং মুসলিমদের স্বাভাবিক জীবন যাত্রা বিঘিœত হচ্ছে। এ সমস্যার উত্তরণে ইসলামের সাথে আত্মঘাতী হামলার সম্পর্কের পর্যালোচনা করা প্রয়োজন। অত্র প্রবন্ধের উদ্দেশ্য হচ্ছে আত্মঘাতী হামলাকে ইসলামের দৃষ্টিতে মূল্যায়ন করা। প্রবন্ধের উদ্দেশ্য হাসিলে গবেষণার বিশ্লেষণ পদ্ধতির আশ্রয় নেয়া হয়েছে। বক্ষ্যমাণ প্রবন্ধ হতে প্রমাণিত হয়েছে যে, ইসলাম মানব জীবনকে সর্বাধিক মর্যাদা দিয়েছে এবং এ সম্পর্কিত অসংখ্য বিধিনিষেধ নির্ধারণ করেছে; এমনকি জীবন বাঁচানোর তাগিদে বিভিন্ন ইবাদতের মধ্যে রুখসাতের বিধান রেখেছে এবং প্রাণ রক্ষায় সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টাকে ফরয করেছে। আত্মঘাতী হামলা একটি বহুবিধ হত্যাকাণ্ড হওয়ায় ইসলাম একে কুফরি হিসেবে আখ্যা দিয়ে সর্বোচ্চ কবীরা গুনাহের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করেছে। উদ্দেশ্য, প্রক্রিয়া ও নৈতিক দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে শাহাদাত ও আত্মঘাতী হামলা দুটি সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন। আত্মঘাতী হামলা মানুষের সর্বোচ্চ মৌলিক অধিকারকে ব্যাহত করে এবং শরীয়ার উদ্দেশ্যের পরিপন্থী। পরিবার, শিক্ষাঙ্গন, মসজিদ ও রাষ্ট্র মিলে সমন্বিত পদক্ষেপ নিলে আত্মঘাতী হামলা প্রতিরোধ হতে পারে।
