JUDGE-SPEAKER'S POSITION: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PECULIARITIES OF IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is about research of international standards for judicial power branch openness. Based on international standards analysis a conclusion is madeto introduce the position of judge-speaker, who will be responsible for organizing effective communication between courts and mass media. International experience on judge-speaker position functioning is reviewed. Specific traits of judge-speaker position in Ukrainian courts are analyzed.
