KAIMO TURIZMO PROJEKTŲ VALDYMO SPECIALISTŲ KOMPETENCIJŲ LIETUVOJE TYRIMAS

Abstract
Straipsnyje pateikiamiEuropos žemės ūkio fondo kaimo plėtrai remiamų kaimo turizmo projektų Lietuvoje valdymo ir šių projektų iniciatorių bei vykdytojų kompetencijos projektų valdymo klausimais tyrimo rezultatai. Tyrimas atliktas tokiais aspektais: rinkų analizė, projektų struktūra, darbų trukmė, seka, priklausomybė, projektų biudžetas, kokybė, organizacija ir personalo parinkimas.Nustatyta, kad daugumai kaimo turizmo sodybų šeimininkų trūksta su projektų valdymu susijusių žinių, todėl dauguma jų pageidauja įgyti projektų valdymo žinių ar jas pagilinti.
