Abstract
In this article the author offers an integrated approach to the organization of agro-industrial clusters in Kazakhstan which application will allow to realize competitive advantages of regions more fully. In the conditions of market economy there is a set of the problems connected with functioning of the integrated structures in agro-industrial complex having great methodological and applied value. In general actions of group as the scheme according to which and finishing all production beginning with her development, the main production with sale goes on a uniform chain. Approach stimulates inflow of investments for creation of very profitable agriculture in the general group.
